The Position
As part of a small sales team and working in constant collaboration with Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of Yuzzit’s customer acquisition strategy. This position is ideal for an independent and energetic individual who enjoys both sales on the ground and lead generation strategy.
Your responsibilities include conducting active outbound prospecting, without hesitation when it comes to picking up the phone or generating your own leads.
You’ll expand your lead generation channels by juggling email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and conferences, and tailor your approach to each one.
You work closely with the Marketing team to align messaging, target audiences, and lead-generation initiatives. You expand the client portfolio by engaging with media outlets, sports organizations, and businesses in the international market.
Finally, you know how to fully integrate into a small team, where versatility and initiative are just as important as technical skills.
Your performance will be tracked based on two key metrics: the number of appointments scheduled, and the number of opportunities generated from those appointments—that is, qualified appointments that have been converted into opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
You’re self-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and outbound outreach doesn’t intimidate you—quite the opposite. You have a natural aptitude for multichannel prospecting, whether by email, phone, LinkedIn, or at events.
You are able to fit in well with a small team where a sense of initiative and team spirit are essential to the role. At least one year of experience in sales and prospecting is required.
In terms of languages, fluency in French is essential, as is fluency in English and Spanish, which are required for this position. You are also comfortable using lead generation and CRM tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of three steps.
- It begins with an interview with Fatoumata, your manager.
- Next comes a meeting with the on-site team, which includes Marketing, Tech, and CSM.
- The process concludes with a final interview with Yuzzit’s CEO.
