3. Data Processed on Behalf of Our Clients

On the platform, Yuzzit acts solely on the basis of documented instructions from the client, in accordance with the contract and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) signed with the client.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Yuzzit does not use its customers' content or any data derived from it to train or refine AI models. It does not use this information for any of its own purposes.

  • Live streams are transcribed using Yuzzit's infrastructure.
  • The transcription of stored media, as well as subtitles, translations, and summaries, is performed by a subcontractor that processes the data within the European Economic Area.

5. Subcontractors of subcontractors

Yuzzit uses a limited number of subcontractors: hosting, object storage, content delivery, identity management, transcription, and support messaging. Each subcontractor operates in accordance with the data protection policies it publishes. The list of subcontractors is provided to customers upon request.

6. Accommodations and Transfers

The hosting region is specified for each customer in their contract and DPA, taking into account their regulatory requirements. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is governed by the mechanism set forth in the DPA. Yuzzit does not make any transfers beyond what is required by the contracted service.
