YUZZIT is looking for a hunt-oriented Sales Manager, capable of driving complete sales cycles in the media, sports, corporate and institutional sectors. You'll be the driving force behind our commercial growth: from first contact to closing, with a strong emphasis on outbound, opportunity creation and management of multi-contact deals.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in B2B, full-cycle, mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong track record of closing and generating outbound opportunities
- Used to working in multi-contact environments: IT, digital, innovation, production, general management, etc.
- Ability to transform a technical product into clear business value
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
- Impeccable organization, mastered CRM (HubSpot mandatory)
- Esprit builder: you improve processes, messages and sequences, even if you're not in a management role.
- Appetence for media, video, real-time tech
What you'll do
1. Win new accounts
- Identify, target and engage strategic accounts through a structured outbound approach
- Introduce YUZZIT to key decision-makers and create traction in complex organizations
- Turning curiosity into conviction, and conviction into contracts
2. Manage sales cycles from A to Z
- Qualify requirements, conduct demos and orchestrate advanced phases (POC, tests, security checks)
- Managing negotiation, contractual models and closing
- Efficient multithreading of deals to secure progress
3. Become a YUZZIT value expert
- Adapt your pitch to the different verticals: editorial, social, communication, production, events
- Build tangible business cases to demonstrate ROI
- Understanding video workflows to provide relevant insights
4. Maintaining exemplary operational rigor
- Clean pipeline, reliable forecast, clear documentation in HubSpot
- Discipline in qualification, stages and next steps
- Full visibility of all active deals
5. Boost global organization
- Gather insights from the field to refine the product, pitch and go-to-market
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize sequences, content and campaigns
- Working with Customer Success to ensure a smooth customer transition
Ideal profile
You could be an excellent fit if:
- You have 7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a solid track record of exceeding targets
- You are comfortable with long sales cycles, complex organizations and multi-stage deals.
- You work fast, cleanly and independently
- You master the cultural code and business rhythms of the media, sports or corporate world.
- You are a demanding, consistent salesperson who takes responsibility for your pipeline.
- You can pitch, negotiate and close in both English and French
